Solid Modeling

Trimaster has the ability to go directly from a customer's CAD 3-D model directly to first article production. This not only saves our customers time and effort by not requiring detail drawings, but it greatly speeds product development. This capability, combined with our ability of advanced process planning and our in-house fixture design and construction allows Trimaster to machine custom parts accurately and efficiently. This cuts cost and adds value for our customers.

We have the ability to work with any electronic format of drawings, specifications and solid models (E.g. SolidWorks, Pro/E)

Rapid Prototyping

We understand our customers' product development process. Once management's approval to a project has been received, the pressure is on to get the First Article produced as soon as possible. Trimaster has a very deep talent pool of prototype CNC machinists/programmers. Combined with our extensive production equipment, we are typically able produce a prototype within days of receiving a drawing or solid modeling.

Pro-active Down-costing

In this global economy, there is increasing pressure on purchasing staff to drive product costs down. Trimaster realizes this and the fact that it is easier to keep our existing customers by making them more profitable. Accordingly, Trimaster management and manufacturing engineering starts immediately working on ways to decrease cycle times and material costs, while maintaining quality and delivery. We also work with our customers to lower their overall acquisition cost by being able to provide machining, elastomer molding and assembly services under one roof. This one source, one responsibility structure drives down purchasing and transportation costs.
