When our customers come looking for assemblies containing sheet metal components for prototypes and production, Trimaster is capable. We have recently acquired a nine-axis CNC press brake to bring more control within our walls. This equipment allows us to run complex parts with greater repeatability and a quicker turn-around. We can also react much faster to engineering changes.

Precision laser cut blanks

Trimaster has partnered with as laser facility equipped with 2 Mitsubishi “Flying Optics” lasers.

• Precision blanks within tolerances of 0.005”
• Our partner can turn around parts in as little as one day and routinely has production within 1 week
• Our partner maintains an extremely large inventory of sheet in cold-rolled steel and stainless

Welding

• Latest state-of-art, water cooled spot welding in Press Brake work cell
• Off-site capabilities for MIG, TIG and stick welding of aluminum and mild and stainless steels.
